Course Enrollment and Cancellation Policy
Successful enrollment confirms acceptance
of the below
terms and conditions.
Enrollment: To enroll please select the desired
course above to
access our secure enrollment processing site. Payment in full is
required to process all registrations. Enrollment is not guaranteed
until full payment is received. Email confirmation for successful
registrations are sent within 48 hours. Class sizes are
limited to a maximum of 30 (first come first serve basis) and a minimum
of 5 registrations. If there are not 5 registrations 16 days prior to
the course start date WBEM Solutions may elect to cancel the course
offering.
Cancellation Policy:
WBEM Solutions reserves the right to cancel any scheduled
course 10 days prior to its start date if the course has an
insufficient number of registrations or for reasons beyond WBEM
Solutions
control. WBEM Solutions will not assume
responsibility for any associated costs as a result of WBEM Solutions
canceling any scheduled course, including but not limited to,
non-refundable airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, etc.
If WBEM Solutions does cancel any course offering, there will not be a
processing fee and full refunds will be issued.
Refund Policy: Refunds for registered enrollments
will be process based on the following:
- Less then 16 days = no refund
- 16 to 30 days = 50% refund (less a $100
processing fee)
- 31+ days = Full refund (less a $100 processing
fee)

students may substitute names at any time
